Refund and Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for Melxis subscriptions

1. Paid Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing management screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features continues until then.
2. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital service, payments are generally not refundable for customer convenience after a charge is completed.
Subject to review, we may provide a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Erroneous charges
- Failure to provide the Service due to reasons attributable to us
- Other cases where we determine a refund is appropriate
3. Prorated Refunds
Prorated refunds for partial billing periods are not provided. If you cancel mid-period, access continues to the end of the current period without a partial refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@melxis.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge, except where the failure is attributable to us. We will notify you of the review result within 10 business days of receiving your request, and if approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days of approval. Actual reflection on your payment method may take additional several business days to several weeks depending on processing by the payment provider.
